Development and implementation of long-term growth strategies for the defined brands aligned with the VIA objectives (where to play and how to win) and defined objectives and targets.

Leading and coaching marketing team on distributor side.

The Operations Manager will oversee the management and operational performance of all Brand's stores in Turkey. This includes managing sales, ensuring operational efficiency, supervising store teams, and driving business growth across multiple locations.

The person will be reporting to Head of Marketing and responsible for product development and performance.

The person will be responsible for managing product development & performances.

Key Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the Store by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with brand's values and guidelines.

The Store Manager will be responsible for the business development and targets achievement by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of brand's history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.
